Dimensional Tolerances
- Laser Cutting: ±0.3mm standard on all flat sheet work
- Tube Laser — Length: ±0.5mm
- Tube Laser — Profile: ±0.3mm on geometry
- Waterjet: ±0.3mm — cold process, no thermal drift
- CNC Folding — Angle: ±0.5° on bend angle
- CNC Folding — Length: ±0.5mm on flange
- Tighter tolerances available on request — discuss with us
File Formats Accepted
- DXF — preferred for 2D laser and waterjet cutting
- DWG — AutoCAD native, accepted directly
- STEP / IGES — 3D files for tube laser and complex profiles
- PDF drawings — accepted for quoting and reference
- Files processed directly — no redrawing delays
